This extension greatly improves the admin autocomplete function.
How it works:
- when you click on empty field, to select something, results of that field (limit of 100) will be displayed in drop down list, with no filter.
- when you click on field that already contains a word, or type a word in that field, will be displayed the results which contain in name the word in any position.
No more need of search from the beginning of the word !
This features will be available for the following fields:
- Catalog -> Categories -> Add New or Edit -> Data : Parent
- Catalog -> Categories -> Add New or Edit -> Data : Filters
- Catalog -> Products : Product Name (To Filter)
- Catalog -> Products : Model (To Filter)
- Catalog -> Products -> Add New or Edit -> Links : Manufacturer
- Catalog -> Products -> Add New or Edit -> Links : Categories
- Catalog -> Products -> Add New or Edit -> Links : Filters
- Catalog -> Products -> Add New or Edit -> Links : Downloads
- Catalog -> Products -> Add New or Edit -> Links : Related Products
- Catalog -> Products -> Add New or Edit -> Attribute : Attribute
- Catalog -> Products -> Add New or Edit -> Option : Option
How to install (opencart 2.x):
- Unzip extension archive
- In Admin go to Extensions > Extension Installer : click "Upload" button and select file admin-better-autocomplete_opencart2.x_.ocmod.xml
- In Admin go to Extensions > Modifications : click "Refresh" button
How to reinstall / update (opencart 2.x):
- In Admin go to Extensions > Modifications : select "Admin better autocomplete" and click "Delete" button.
- In Admin go to Extensions > Extension Installer : click "Upload" button and select file admin-better-autocomplete_opencart2.x_.ocmod.xml
- In Admin go to Extensions > Modifications : click "Refresh" button.
